I want to count data which need to match two value

Hello All,

I try to use If fuction and countifs but it dones't work, please help me as below:

Column A: row 1-5 contains 1 Fe, 3 Feb,5 Feb, 4 Mar, 2 Apr, 2 May
Column B: (perfomance) 1 Feb = ontime, 3 Feb = late,5 Feb = ontime, 4 Mar = ontime, 1 Apr = ontime, 2 May = late

Column C: I want ( how many ontime of each month, Like ( Feb ontime 2, Mar 1 and Apr 1)

Please help to advice which formulas I can use.
