Hello, I am a track coach at a Jr High and High School and would like to create a list that will keep track of my athletes and how many events that I have them entered in that will also tell me the event that they are entered in. I have a sheet that has all the events listed with the contestants for that event underneath. I have another sheet that I would like to pull from the original sheet that tells me the competitor and the events that they are involved in. Since week-to-week the participants could change, I am not sure what formulas I need to enter. I will post my workbook and give an example of how I would like my results to be posted on the Sheet titled Jr High Events. I would like the Sheets 7th Grade Boys, 8th Grade Boys, JV Boys, and Varsity Boys Unchanged.
