count login logout data

I have login times in one column and logout in another. I am trying to count how many logins occurred by hour of day 8-9AM, 10-11AM, 11-12PM...

data is arranged per attached. Column E and F are the columns in question

I guess I could explain better. I am comparing schedule headcount vs actual headcount and need a count people logged in by hour of day starting from 12AM-1A, 1-2AM, 2-3AM etc for the entire day
