Calculate Year on Year appreciation

Need help in solving the logic for Year on Year appreciation values ... i have attached the workbook for you reference.

Especially i have issue if my total share for each is not starting for Year 1 ... i can do the calculations manually but i want this to be dynamic with appropriate logic. Please help.

It give false result, but i am not sure if this gives a result as expected ... would you please guide me through bit more?

I tried few logic and formula worked and achieved the desired result ... however the logic doesn't seems to be quite neat, please see if you find any better alternates. thanks
