Auto Field from one sheet to another

Hello!
I have Two Sheets:
Sheet one is table with times and dates
Secont Sheet is with values whose value will save in first sheet.

Values from secon sheet isent writes on first sheet.
I try many codes, but really dont know why not work:/

That all can see in my attachment.
Anyone can watch and help?
Hope someone know why my code isent working:/
P.S also have alil bit in code in excel->VBA ; but i dont know if there is problem with that code.
