Assuming your data starts in A1 (and ends in C3 as per your example) try this, entered with CSE:

This will return Apple as your result (although it can be changed to return cell address instead, but I am assuming this is what you were after).

Change the ranges as needed. You can also replace Newzealand and 4 in the above formula to cell references, and enter in data within those two cells for your formula to be dynamic.
