Drop down list, form database

Hi guys

I'm not sure if i pick the right forum group for it, but accept my excuses.

I've attach the file.

I have a huge job to do and, don't know where and how to start, but i have some ideas, and i need your help on doing it.

I have a table of numbers (Tab_Number) and also have a table of types (Tab_Type), each one in its own sheet. My third sheet, work, is where i update, add, an "event" for each number and type. My fourth sheet, output, is how i would like to see the info.

when a new number is added on the table, i do it by inserting in the middle of the table, as well as with the actions, for the drop list can read it.
The same number can have more than one action as well as the same number can have the same action 2, 3 or 10 times.

Did i pick the wrong way to do it? There's a better way to do it? Ok, how would you do it?
