sum certain cells

hi

Im in need of some help i'm looking for a formula that will return only the last 5 cell total if the next cell is true.
basically the sheet i have attached 20 odd columns of data one with a stock figure the next with true or false and the true being colored yellowand the false not colored i have a vba formula that counts the and sums the coloured cells which is fine but i only need 5 true figures per row not all of them.
