RANK based on two different criteria

In my attached worksheet, I have 6 columns of Data with a list of 12 names. I would like column B to be the final rank based on column C and column G data.

I want to rank column B based on the average in column C, this works great until there is a tie in the average where I would then want the age in column G to be the tiebreaker.

For example, Cell B2:B4 should read 1,2,3 because those three have the lowest average, however, for cells B5:B6 a tiebreaker would need to be installed because the average is the same. I would want the name with the younger age to be ranked first so cell B5 would rank 4 and cell B6 would rank 5 because the name in cell A5 is younger than the name in cell A6. I want this to continue on down the list as there are two other tiebreaks that need to be broken.

Please let me know if there are any questions, thanks!
