24-hour clock timesheet help

I have a timesheet for a security company. we work 8 hr shifts, during day, and over night. my issue is i need a column for my total hours worked in a week. we use 24 hr clock time. I am having an issue getting a formula to accuratly add the hours worked. its always 8 hr shifts. here is an example..

B C D E F G H I Total Weekly Hours

13 15:30 23:30 23:00 07:30 23:00 07:00 24

if it were a 5 or 6 day week, the total hours should be 40 or 48 hrs. I cannot get any formulas to calculate it properly. I have been adding, and entering weekly hours manually. it would be really nice if it would do it on its own when i enter the times for the day.

Cell B 13 is time in
Cell C13 is Time out

one day is cells B13 and C13, the next day is cells D13 and E13.

Use this formula in P13:

=(SUM(C13,E13,G13,I13,K13,M13,O13)-SUM(B13,D13,F13,H13,J13,L13,N13)+(B13>C13)+(D13>E13)+(F13>G13)+(H13>I13)+(J13>K13)+(L13>M13)+(N13>O13))*24
