Need Two Prorate Formulas - For Middle to End of month & For Beginning to Middle

Example: 2 customers. Set subscription fee. One is billed for 3/1/15 - 3/12/15. Second is billed for 3/12/15 - 3/31/15. I think I got the forst one but the second is friving me nuts. HELP please!
