    Function to consolidate results

I have three sheet tabs. What I have on the first sheet is a consolidate input on different sources. The second sheet tab is a breakout of specific lines from the first sheet tab. The third sheet tab is the results page.

I want a function in the results page that would pull information from the first tab when the parties affected (column K of first Sheet Tab) is just a single name. If there's more than one name, then the function will pull from the second sheet tab. I am looking for a function that will automatically (more like scan) the two tabs and pull information for the results page. This means that if I have another multiple names in one more lines in the first sheet tab and I put breakout those one or more lines in the second sheet tab, then my results page would change automatically to reflect the new changes.

I have no idea how to do this. Please help

    Regards, TMS

I did check the excel sheet. It works however, I was looking for a function that directly ties the result to not only the breakout but also to the Serial #. What I mean is for example I have 134-569 as Serial and the names are Elsa and Dory and also 245-678 and Elsa and Dory, I want the function to get the breakout based on the serial number and not necessarily from the names. This is because the names can be repetitive, meaning that names can appear to multiple serial numbers.
