determine if a certain time stamp falls into a certrain time range

I got the following question:



needs to determine if a certain time stamp falls into a certrain time range:
example:
08:06:00 AM

falls between 08:00:00 AM - 09:00:00 AM then Yes
falls between 09:00:00 AM - 10:00:00 AM then No
falls between 10:00:00 AM - 11:00:00 AM then No

etc.etc.

Please supply some kind of formula
