lookup match 1 St Cells only.

sheet 1 in column A,B,C,D duplicate.

sheet 2 in column A,B,C duplicate against value appear in 1-St cells cells only in D column.other cells we want blanks.

Perhaps something like this? Using array formulas, means when ENTERING the formula you need to be sure press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER button together, and the you can copied down.
