If Function

Hi,

I request a help in getting a status using if function. Attached the excel fyr.,

In column D2 expected output is mentioned. Pl help.

1st Condition - in D2 Want to know the difference between two dates i.e, B2 & C2
2nd Condition - If the no. of days is more than A2 then font color should be RED. If no. of days is within A2 then Font color should be Green.

Output should have both difference between two dates & status color. Please do let me know if i haven't conveyed my requirement.

select column D and set its fill colour to red

select column D and select conditional format, select use formula, and enter this formula:

Set the conditional format to fill column B with green if condition is met.

I checked and it is working perfectly.
