Pulling Date from separate sheets using INDEX and MATCH

In my attached worksheet, I'm looking to connect four different sheets by pulling data from each one. I'm pretty sure I need to use the INDEX and MATCH formulas but I just don't have the experience with them yet to get the formula right.

In my worksheet, I have 4 tabs, I want to start with the Custom Settings Tab, then move to the Overall Tab and finally the Draft Board tab which will pull info from both the Custom Settings tab and Overall Ranks tab.

First I want cells D3:D12 of the Overall tab to populate based on the result of cell B29 from the Custom Settings tab and the rankings list of the Overall Ranks tab. I want those cells to match the rank of the specified result in cell B29 of the Custom Settings tab. There are 15 sets of rankings, all in the header row 1 of the overall ranks from column B to P.

Second I want the Draft Board tab to do the same exact thing as the Overall Tab. If the worksheet is correct, only the players with a rank for the specified result in cell B29 of the Custom Settings will be displayed on both the Overall and Draft Board tabs. If AL 5X5 is selected like it is, there should only be 5 players listed because only 5 players have ranks and so on and so forth for the other results.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you should have on 'Draft Board', maybe if you can put the expected results as an example, I can help you further.
