Calculate Vacation Allowance based on years of service

Hi,

I'm new to this forum and need your help please!!

I need a formula to calculate vacation allowance based on years of service:

ex:
1-4 years = 10 days
5-11 years = 15 days
12+ years = 20 days

I have the following formula calculating the years of service:

YEARFRAC(HireDate,Today,1)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think easiest way is to input the vacation allowance into a table and use the vlookup function to retrieve the vacation days. Please see attachment.
