Hi everyone!!

I am trying to use COUNTIFS to mark rows with specific data that I need to filter out! I have attached a spreadsheet excel help-v.1a.xlsx.

I will really appreciate your help! If you think COUNTIFS is not relevant or impossible to use, please let me know if you have a better idea.
