    Use this, confirmed with ctrl+shift+enter (not just enter):

    Formula: copy to clipboard 
    =IF(A2="","",IF(ROWS(D$2:D2)=MATCH(A2&"|"&MIN(IF($A$2:$A$1000=A2,$B$2:$B$1000)),$A$2:$A$1000&"|"&$B$2:$B$1000,0),"Yes",""))
