    Question Formula to add cells from multiple worksheets

    Hello.

    On "Sheet1", I am trying to do a formula to add a specific cell from a range of worksheets. However, rather than having to change the formula each time I add a new tab, I would like to tell the formula to add the cell from all tabs beginning with "Sheet2" and all sheets to the right of "Sheet2". Is this possible and does anyone know how to do this?

    I would suggest becoming familiar with the 3D reference style: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...es_in_formulas

    The usual strategy is to put "dummy" sheets (can be blank) on both sides of the group you want to add. Then have your 3D reference formula extend from "dummystart" to "dummyend" sheets. When you want to add or remove tabs from the 3D sum, it is as simple as moving them inside or outside of the dummy tabs.
