Hi guys,
I'm trying to do multiple things, but they are similar. What's the easiest way to average scores in column L? I'm sure there's an easier way than =average(L1,L6,L11...) That would seem to take quite some time to go thru all those rows. I also need to be able to have sum totals of "Score", "Putts", "GIR", and "Fairways" for C:K. I don't know how to add all Scores in column C without doing this...=sum(c1+c6+c11...etc)
The "stats" for those columns would "appear" in their proper spots in the "April" stats in rows 66-74. I have filled in the simple formulae for those categories. For GIR Putt, I need the sum of c2 etc. (putts) to appear if the CHAR(180) was in the C3 cell. As you can see, I don't even know how to do that for JUST 1 round. The formula for Up/Downs-Made would be something like this. Let's use Column D. That hole is a par 3. There was not a GIR (no CHAR 180), but the score was 3 or less. Therefore, that was an U/D-M. (So, if there was not a CHAR(180) in the cell and the score in C1:K1 was par or better, that would be counted as an U/D-M) In case needed, here are the pars for the holes in question.
4-3-5-4-3-4-4-4-4 = 35 total.
Thanks
