Hi All,
I have looked through pages trying to find something that may answer my question, and it appears there are other related solutions, I can't find one that includes the formatting I require to find averages of response times and considers emails to be to the nearest working day.
That isn't my question though. I'm trying to find response time (taking into consideration working hours of 6am to 6pm). If a call comes at 9pm I want to track the response time from 6am the next working day.
