Conditinal formatting

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.

I need to apply conditional formatting as below.

I need to highlight cell A2 to red if A2 = file name in N2:N34 and if the corresponding cell in column O is YES.
For Example:
I find a match for A2 in cell N3 and O3 is YES, hence i need A2 to be Red.
