Hi,

I have a list of Outlets where i do visit on Daily Basis, and i have to prepare a Visit Report. monthly i visit a outlet 3 times (or More) on diffrent Dates. now the question is; i need a formula to solve the below issue.

02-01-2015 AB
03-01-2015 ABC
04-01-2015 A
05-01-2015 AB
06-01-2015 ABC
07-01-2015 A
08-01-2015 AB
09-01-2015 ABC
10-01-2015 A
11-01-2015 AB

when i visit the Outlet "A" for the first time of the Month my Outlet Name should get renamed as "A1" and so for the second time "A2" ad so on,,, can this be possible. PFB Manually solved table.
