Hello everyone.

I am looking to track how long it takes for our team to close open tickets. I would need a formula that tracks every day of the week from 7am to 7pm. Here are what my cells would look like.

C - 1/1/2015 7:00:00 AM
D - 1/2/2015 7:00:00 AM
E - where the formula would go that I need to show it took 12 hours to close.

I had this setup to not account for weekends but with the changes I need it seems the formula I was using will not work. Any help would be appreciated.
