Multiple conditions to add together from 2 separate docs

    Hi
I need some help with a formula and do not know where to start.
I need to have multiple columbs add together in test book 1 and show in columbs in Test book 2, with conditions.

    Attached document use as reference:

If I enter a name in test book 2 Columb A, columb C to E in book 2 must find in test book 1 amounts in Columb C and use if columb d and E is the same and also if more than one of this confition add it

Thank you very much for your help
