    Calculate the Retention Rate

    Hi

    I would like to create a formular which can express the retiontion rate among customers. I have a very long list of customer numbers and would like to create a new column which will return a value which indicates if the customer number appears more than once within a specific data range.

    For examples:

    Customer No Retention
    1 1
    2 2-6
    3 7-15
    4 >15

    Please Help

    Hi and welcome to the forum

    You'll need to give us more information. Upload a workbook which contains your data set and manually add the results you expect. Give two or three scenario results. Tell us which ranges are data and which are results.
