All Week numbers of the month

Hi,

How do I calculate consecutive week numbers for the month with reference to the cell (A2-A5 of the attachment) (from the starting week of the month) (Not to bother about the date of the month) in different cells. When there is repetitive week numbers, it should consider that too.
