List of all row numbers that contain a specific text string

I have a list of text data in a58:a5000 which I have named 'List'. In that range there are some duplicate values. I want to be able to type a text string into cell c51 and then obtain a list of all of the rows in which the duplicates occur. Is this possible without the use of VBA?

don't forget to use Ctrl+Shift+Enter after any modification in the file as this is a array function

Ive attached a sample file which is different from the original as the original is huge and contains some confidential data. Ive changed the list location to A12:a20 and put the search text string in A2
You will see that the list of rows where the search string is matched is shown in a3:a5
