    Lookup and return multiple values concatenated into one cell

    looking for a formula that will evaluate all dates from column D on worksheet 2 if all dates from D3:D10 are equal to D2 then set the value of cell C4 on worksheet 1 to ALL else if the dates do not equal D2 then match the values from column B on worksheet 2 where column D dates do equal then concatenate the values from column B to cell C4 on worksheet 1.

    A sample file is attached with an illustration of the desired outcome. Thanks for checking this out!

    The tabs in your workbook are not named "worksheet 1" and "work sheet 2". This makes it very difficulty to match the info you give to the data in the workbook.
