Help!! hyperlink Friendly name not working

is there someone out there who could help me to put a friendly name in my email? because my formula does'nt work

=HYPERLINK("mailto:"&VLOOKUP($A$1,Database!$B:$R,14,0))&"?subject=Permission Request", "Friendly Name")

I wish to link the email with the whole body content of the email. could you please help me with this see my attachment. Also can you teach me how to indent the specific text inside the cell.

e.g. King Betobels to King Betobels without using the spacebar.

I should say thanks to you , i have used Hyperlink to link the file from different location but not to outlook.
