I try to use PROPER(text) function but my Excel 2010 doesn't recognized it as a function !!

Can you explain if possible, why PROPER(text) didn't work ?
You use France version with your names.

'cos you're French... Your PC is set to French regional settings, as you can see from the screenshot. In French, the equivalent of PROPER is NOMPROPRE. Did I just try to teach a Frenchman/woman his/her language????
