Need help on Managing Order, receipt and Issue - can anyone provide proven template!!!

Hi,

I'm ordering parts for IT firm having upto 400 part # with suppliers of around 20; I want to maintain an excel that can give Order, Receipt and Issue status on Daily/Monthly basis. This will help me to maintain the receipts, issues and stock status appropriately.

Is someone can share my the proven excel sheet to tabulate these details.

Thanks, i have just started working; i presented the rough data without any formulas, basically i was looking at template from any supply chain expert suggesting; All orders, receipts and issues updates on daily basis to provide the stock status on each day...
