Count numbers in a list which match a condition

Hi

Please can someone help me. I have a list of numbers and wish to simply count the number of numbers in the list which match a condition. In this case I wish to count the number of numbers which are greater than or equal to 20 and enter it in the cell below the list. I have attached the list.
