conditional formatting

Hi all,

I have an issue with conditional formatting. Hoping someone can help using the attached spreadsheet.

I have a database "Movie" tab, and the dashboard "Retail" tab.

In the database throughout the year, by month i am tracking various movies. (just 1 listed in the example) looking at tickets sold, the revenue, and profit made.

I also have a Plan in place which is only done by quarter.

What I would like to show is a color coding for the months of November, February, May, & August, each of the metrics (tickets sold, Revenue, Profit) must be over 33%
The months of December, March, June, and August must be over 66%
By the time the months has completed a quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, and Oct) they should all be over 100%

If they a few % are below their target range they should be yellow. if they are say less than 6% their target they should be red.
