You gave only examples for simple SUM.
Can you give few examples where just SUM won't work but you expect different output?

It's very similliar example and does not show why =SUM(B8:K8) wouldn't work.
Numbers are the same because I want to "distributor" column value of no more than "12" in each column, and if there
