Hi Sipa,
Although, it doesn't make sense, with only One type data to reflect.. can you please fill other parts also, where you expect to return D, E / F..
Still check this one..
Formula:

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.

Hi Debraj,
Thanks, your formula revision seems to be working on the limited data set.
I've uploaded another sample workbook with a larger dataset as you have requested, you will see what I'm attempting to achieve.
Thank you for taking the time to help.
Hi Debraj,
Thanks very much for taking the time to help me.
With your assistance I've now managed to solve these issues I've been wrestling with for weeks. I've adjusted your formula to take account of the increased data set and the different timings I use in the supporting data sheet, all is working perfectly now.
