Holiday/Vacation pay

I am having the same type of problem adding in Holiday/Vacation Time. I need the holiday and vacation time to be regular time and not calculated with overtime.
Basically holiday/vacation is not part of regular pay. if i have 20 hours of vacation then i would have to work an extra 20 hrs regular time before overtime kicks in. attached here is a copy of the spread sheet we use for our time cards. can anyone help me out with this??TimeCards test.xlsx

Holiday and Vaction time are just Hours!

How 'bout changing Holiday/Vactiion as in row 13 to to Hours?
B13:H13 Cell format to "Number" w/2 Decimal places.
C17 Label: Hol/Vac Pay,
D17 Sum B13:H13*B4
G17 Label: Gross Pay,
H17 Sum H16+D17
