Conditional Format entire row but based on a cell containing a formula

So, normally I use this basic formula to apply a conditional format to an entire row:

    =$AD3>0

However, this time, the column 'AD' contains a formula which is counting the errors in the row. Because of this, every single one of my rows now highlights red (as it is technically greater than 0). Could anyone tell me a work around for this?

    Many thanks in advance!
