Need to get data with multiple conditions

Hi Team,

I would like to get the values from another sheet having two different conditions
Please refer below example.
Sheet A:
A B
Progress as on
5-Dec-14
Completed

In Progress


Sheet B:
Date
Planned
Completed
In Progress
5-Dec-14
1
1
0
6-Dec-14
1
0
1

Requirement:
I need values from Sheet B to Sheet A on the basis below two conditions:
Condition 1: Date from Sheet A should be matched with sheet B date column
Condition 2: Status from Sheet A with status from sheet B

With these conditions exact value for the respective status should be displayed on required date form sheet A.
