    Exclamation how to reduce extra spaces between two/three words

    HI,

    please help me out to reduce extra spaces between two/three words.

    EG:

    Rritesh Kumar Sinha - Answer is - Ritesh Kumar Sinha(reduce 1 extra spaces)

    Select range
    Ctrl+H
    Replace two spaces with one
    Repeat few times
    Never use Merged Cells in Excel

    Use Trim Function
    =Trim(A1)
    IF NOT WORKED ATTACH SAMPLE FILE
