If chosen text from validation list is deleted display a text

Hi all....my workbook has a data validation list.
I require your help in:
If a user will choose from the list and if he tries to delete the chosen text "Hey!" is displayed.
I want this only for sheet1 not for the whole workbook.
Any formulas to do this?
