    PayCheck Spreadsheet

Hello!!, I just started my job as an EMT; Im trying to create a spreadsheet to keep track of my hours and rates. The company i work for has a tendency of messing with people's hours. I have developed the concept of the spreadsheet. If someone can guide me in the direction of the formulas; I would really appreciate it!!

    Thanks!!

Howdy, not sure if this is what you were looking for, but here's what I came up with. When you put your hours in, it automatically deducts the 1 hour lunch and figures your hours and pay for you as you enter the hours.

    Re: PayCheck Spreadsheet

Is there anyway of adding in automatic clock in and clock out. Then the difference of clock in and clock out to calculate the hours/mins worked.

I have attached a new example.

    THANKS AGAIN!

    fwu713,

    Just wanted to update you:
I am looking into your request. It may take a day or so as I am having difficulty with one of the formulas.

    Re: PayCheck Spreadsheet

    fwu713,

I think I have the formulas figured out. You will notice that they have either /24 or *24 in the formulas. This is because you are using a "24 hour" format for the hours. Took me a bit to figure out how to get the formulas to work, but, I got it. The only thing I didn't do was the auto clock in/out that you wanted. To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what you wanting.
