Hi
I've been asked to make a spreadsheet which basically applies different percentages for different employees.
I've attached the spreadsheet - Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Excel Problem (Forum) Modified.xlsx
Attached is a modified copy of your book. Take a peak and let me know if this is what you were looking for. Now you can take the TOTAL and add E4*(Entire Formula in I) to get a final payout and not just the percentage, but currently I just made it populate the percentage...
Take a look, I think you will have it from here.
Thanks

Hi ELeGault,
That formula looks great but i'm a little confused with how the formula actually works;
($G$4<$M$3,0,VLOOKUP($B$4,$L$3:$T$8,IF($G$4<$N$3,0,IF($G$4<$O$3,0,IF(
What do these numbers signify?
I've extended my table to add more detail. Would it be okay if I sent this to you direct?
See the attached file some modifications were made
=INDEX($L$3:$P$7,MATCH($B4,$L$3:$L$12,0),MATCH($G4,$L$3:$P$3))

You can, though I would recommend utilizing this thread that way any confusion that is cleared up will benefit other members who may be dealing with similar issues.
However, With the index match match that Siva entered you should be set!
Nice by the way Siva!
I was unaware that a match would lookup within a range and accurately pull when falling between values like that.
