I’m having difficulties writing an IF formula that will shows the word “Weekend” and if the date in cell falls on a weekend and vice versa for the Weekday.

I’m having difficulties writing an IF formula that will shows the word “Weekend” and if the date in cell falls on a weekend and vice versa for the Weekday.
Enter date in A1 and ust this formula
=IF(OR(WEEKDAY(A1)={1,7}),"Weekend","Weekday")
