I have a list where I have a main number and some of those main numbers have sub numbers. I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet that I am working on.
Column O show the main numbers
Column N show the reference to the main number and some sub numbers, For example, cell O3 (ABMS0075238) main reference number is 80601 (cell N3). Cell O22 (ABMS0610100) main reference number is 10100 but it also has sub numbers of 10102, 10103, 10104 and 10105.
Basically, Main number in column O is the parent, the numbers (in italics) in column N are the children.
Column Z show the evaluation outcome.
Column AA has example of what I'd like the final outcome to be.
The orange part is straight forward - there are no sub numbers, the outcome is what is in column Z.
The green part, there are sub numbers but because column Z says 'Need Explanation', i'd like the formula to look at the sub numbers and if they're shown in column Z as evaluated (all the children), column AA would read 'Evaluated' and blanks would be entered in below for the sub numbers.
The yellow part, becuase it shows a mix of outcome in column Z, I'd like column AA to show 'Evaluated with issues' and blanks below.
Is this possible? I do apologize for the mass data. I think i've made this a bit too complicated and not sure what the next step is.
