Store array of relative cells in a cell

How can you store an array of relative cells in a cell, for example:

I want to reference the cell as the source for an axis.

You can do "={1,2,3}", but doing "={C1,C2,E4}" gives an error. Is there a way to do array constants with relative cells?

On its own, "={1,2,3}" will give you 1. what exactly are you trying to do?
