Calculate days left in a week period as they pass.

I basically want a formula that will calculate how many days are left in a week as the days go by. In the example attached it's only counting down till the referenced end dates on the table to right. Any ideas? Hope this makes sense! Many thanks in advance. Still fairly new here.
