    Conditional Formatting for Dates

Trying to apply fill colors for dates in a range of cells. I'm trying to track training dates for employees where they need to get recertified every year prior to the previous years training date to avoid expiration. So for expirations I want the cell to have a fill of Red. Green for not expired and Orange if the date is within 30 days of approaching expiration.

    Ex:
Today's date: 11/16/14. cell G11: 8/19/13, needs to be red (over a year old), cell G10:7/16/14, would be green(less than a year old) cell G08: 12/2/13, would be Orange. (approaching a year old)
    Thanx for your help.

    Re: Conditional Formatting for Dates

After some research I came up with =(DATEDIF(E6,TODAY(),"D"))<335 but DATEDIF isn't documented very well. My other problem was I was under the impression all three arguments had to be in one Cond Format rule. Thanx for your help, your approach is much easier to follow and understand.
