How to calculate unique count of values in a column that does not meet a criteria.

Hi,

Need urgent help to prepare a report.
Example below

Column A Column B Column C
Abc 1-Jan-2014 14-Jan-2014
Xyz 1-Jan-2014 7-Jan-2014

I want to get the count of unique values from column A where ever the difference between Column B and C is more than 7 days.

Quick response is highly appreciated.
